• Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pickups and deliveries for the company covering specific areas.
• Ensure parcels/documents indicated priority are delivered without delays.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are

completed, and the customer is satisfied.

• Ensure proper recording of Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and Consignee

Not Available (CNA) and tracking must be scanned and updated in the company's mobile app.

• To ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily sort, deliver and pick up of shipments in the allocated route
• Ensure accuracy in shipments deliveries and Pick-ups in accordance to procedures
• Ensure all cash transactions are collected and handed over daily.
• Ensure all relevant documentations are collected during Pick-ups and handed over on time.
• Ensure all company equipment (i.e Vehicle, scanner) assigned are well-maintained.
• And any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore Driving License (i.e. must be able to drive manual vehicle). Class 4 is added advantage.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of driving experience
• Prior experience as a courier delivery driver is a plus
• Preferably familiar with Singapore roads
• GCE "N' or "O' Level or equivalent preferred
• Good communication in English
• Pleasant and courteous, enjoy meeting with customers
• 5.5 working days

Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets for Record Keeping Perimeter
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
Lead cross-functional teams including but not limited to IT, business analyst or application supports
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track
Liaise with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary services and equipment
Oversee the setup of Record Keeping solution components including servers, networking, storage etc
Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress
Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones
Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, removing blockers
Qualifications & Skills
Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
Practical experience in managing projects on Cisco voice, Unigy, SBC, voice recording (Verint/NICE), MS Teams
Effective communication skills to handle comms to teams, management and cross‐function stakeholders at all levels, and a proven record track record of delivering projects
Proficient in problem solving, analytical and project management for large‐scale project delivery
5+ Years’ experience delivering technical complex voice‐related projects
Understanding of Voice Recording Systems solutions and architecture
Understanding of Voice Systems
Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies as well as traditional waterfall
PMP, Prince‐2 certified would be an advantage
Understanding of Compliance regulations (MiFID, DODD‐Frank, etc.)
Excellent problem‐solving skills
Excellent customer‐service and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize along with good time management skills
Ability to work as part of a Global team.
