- Contribute to comprehensive reviews of tenders and projects exceeding SGD 25 million, identifying areas for improvement in cost reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial projections and enhance standardization in cost reporting practices across all projects.
- Develop tailored procurement strategies during the tender/pre-contract phase of major projects, reviewing project specifications and contract conditions.
- Verify cost competitiveness at the tender submission stage, highlighting contractual or specification risks and offering recommendations to senior management.
- Evaluate projected profit margins to confirm alignment with the project's risk profile.
- Perform audits on projects as requested by senior management, evaluating report accuracy, financial and legal/contractual risks, and QS and contract administration team performance.

- Provide support on commercial and legal matters, including Extension of Time (EOT) requests and cost claims.
