As a Cost Estimation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing accurate cost estimations and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to inform cost estimation decisions.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.

To deliver accurate customer quotes, we require a Cost Estimation Expert to analyze costs using architectural and structural drawings.

This involves accounting for materials, necessary steel moulds, and labor.

The expert will also be responsible for developing comprehensive bills of quantities and cost plans, managing project budgets, and tracking project progress. They must oversee measurement and valuation of contract variations and generate precise monthly reports on project advancement.

In addition, the expert will participate in client meetings to address their requirements and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience with budgeting and procurement, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
