Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Closing: Prepare and oversee cost of good manufacturing and inventory monthly close, and analyze actuals with forecasts, and budgets.
- Standard Cost: Evaluate the difference between actual cost and standard cost.
- Budget: Coordinate budget expense with related departments and prepare analytical report.
- Compliance & Control: Ensure inventory accounting comply with Internal Control Policies, Accounting Standards (GAAP and IFRS).
- Physical Inventory Check: Conduct and plan annual stocktaking with FAB and Auditors to ensure physical inventory to be aligned with accounting book.
- Audit: Liaise with internal/external auditors in respect of operation or quarterly audit and attend to their queries.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
