We are seeking an organized Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for our learners.

• Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, including arranging for trainers and training materials.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from learners and trainers.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, feedback, and completion of training programs by the learners.
• Ensuring that training programs comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety regulations and industry-specific requirements.
• Engaging new trainers and seeking new relevant courses through market research.
• Ensuring timely response to trainers' and learners' enquiries and quotations.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of company-wide training programs by identifying suitable programs to address employee training needs.

The successful candidate will assist in planning the annual budget and ensure that training expenditures are kept within allocated parameters.

Additionally, they will manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration, ensuring accurate training records and content updates.

They will also provide support to employees regarding education sponsorships and source relevant academic programs as needed.

Furthermore, they will administer program enrollment, payment processes, and manage required training bond documentation, as well as monitor the education sponsorship budget.

Finally, they will contribute to the planning and organization of the New Hires Orientation Program and other company initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business with 1-2 years of relevant learning and development experience.

Training Executive

Location: Marine Parade

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days

Working hours : 8:30am - 6:15pm

Salary : $3500-$3800

Training Administration

• Raise training request, collate, and prepare training nomination form for participants
• Monitor and collate results for Training Evaluation
• Monitor and collate results for Post Training Evaluation
• Analyse feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
• Work with inter-department(s) on non-curriculum training
• Work with curriculum department on curriculum training
• Maintain records of training activities and participants' progress

Training (CPD) Hours

• Monitor and ensure teachers fulfil minimum CPD hours requirement
• Support enquiries and reporting related to Training matters

• Coordination of system between HQ & Centres
• Update and approval of Training Courses
• Updates of External/Internal Trainings on for HQ & Centres’ Staff

Reporting / Audit

• In-charge of Training and Leadership Development, Internship and L&D Related Program
• Ensure Training & L&D is in compliance with Audit and Audit readiness
• Support Audit

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years' HR Generalist &/or L&D experience
• Proficient in MS Microsoft and Excel skill
