We are seeking a Business & Special Projects intern who will work closely with the Senior Management Team and will receive constant guidance across the term.

Business analysts play a vital role in enabling business change by ensuring that IT solutions deliver genuine value to stakeholders. As a Business Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the business processes and industry trends.

• Develop Business Knowledge: Work closely with front-office business users to understand their needs and develop a deep understanding of the business processes and industry trends.
• Product Lifecycle: Be involved in the full product lifecycle, from defining the product vision and planning through development, launch, and post-launch enhancements.
• Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing features and tasks and track and review the product direction frequently, measuring performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

As a Business Strategy Analyst, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including product managers, business stakeholders, technology leads, and cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and data teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• Team Player: Be a good team player who is independent, keen to learn, has strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the financial industry (either in Public Markets, or Private Markets), IT project management, software development, business analysis, and/or product management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, product discovery, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design, and be able to work effectively with designers in prototyping and translating ideas into effective business solutions.
