Relationship Manager, Group Corporate Banking
The role focuses on working with stakeholders and overseas colleague to grow and manage a portfolio of large corporate clients. The key performance indicators are client acquisitions, revenue growth, execution of strategic initiatives, etc and achieve Group Corporate Banking’s budget deliverables.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish good banking relationship and grow and manage a portfolio of a large corporate clients headquartered in Singapore, China and Taiwan.
- Drive and fostering strong internal partnership and other stakeholders to address key business challenges and opportunities locally and across the regions to garner new business opportunities, cross border transactions and engagements.
- Manage day-to-day account operations, cross-sell Bank’s products and services
- Prepare regular/ad-hoc management presentation deck for strategic alignment and to provide performance update on the portfolio.
- Holder of a University Degree from a recognized University
- More than 8 years of related work experience, preferably in the role serving large corporate clients in corporate banking team. Experience in cross border transactions, supply chain management (FSCM) solutions, loan syndication, cash management are added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English and possession of good presentation skills.
- A highly motivated team player with strong collaborative skills and initiatives.
