What you will be working on:
Be a member in the OM team for the day-to-day operations and management of office building, facilities, security, projects and office space planning in AGC.

Track progress of each project against pre-defined goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines, and deliverables. Prepares, update and present monthly/ ad-hoc progress updates to Senior Management.
Maintain proper documentation of meeting minutes, approvals and all inspection records. Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Department.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications in Building, Projects & Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or other equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in managing IFM/ MEP system/ project management or equivalent.
Demonstrate ability to understand complex project documentations including Agreements, contracts, leases, layouts and technical drawings.
Possess good writing and communication skills.
Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Positive mindset, meticulous, result-oriented and analytical.
Experienced in managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced office environment.
Strong team player and ability to work independently.
