Job Scope
- Day to day kitchen operations
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils
- Wash, cut, and prepare food for designated for cooking
- Prepare variety of foods; meat, seafood poultry etc
- Clean and restock worksations display cases
- Ensure strict hygiene standards
- Assist with all duties as assigned by Head Chef
