The ECO shall possess a Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures (ECM) for Construction Site Personnel, including:

1. Valid ECO licence
2. Valid ECMO licence
3. Familiar with GGBS audits
4. Experience with Safety Campaigns and Environmental Campaigns

The ECO shall compile and submit environmental data, including:

• Water, electricity, and diesel consumption on site
• Concrete wastage on site
• Amount of construction debris generated on site
• Noise and vector records to NEA
• ECM records to PUB

• Identify, implement and communicate all relevant environmental requirements including legal requirements to all project staff
• Prepare Site Environmental Control Report on a regular basis
• Conduct environmental control audit, inspection and investigations to ensure proper implementation of the Environmental Control Programme with periodic monitoring and measurement
• Participate in project environmental risk assessment and recommend environmental measure
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan, site clean-up plans, Safety and Health and good practice requirement at all times

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a registered ECO
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Construction Industry
• Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to lead and oversee workers
• WSHC or WSHO qualifications will have an added advantage

1. Quality Management Systems (QMS):

• Assist in implementing, and maintaining QMS processes in alignment with ISO standards relevant to Everllence' products and services.
• Support the development, review, and update of quality documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and manuals specific to Everllence ' operations.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Participate in establishing and ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes to guarantee compliance of Everllence's products and services with industry specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address identified quality issues promptly and effectively.

3.Quality Control:

• Help develop, refine, and implement quality control procedures tailored to monitor and evaluate the quality of Everllence' products throughout the production process.
• Reviewing blueprints and specification to compare to produced goods.
• Recording inspection results by completing reports and submit to customer timely. Summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
• Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.
• Support in conducting inspections, tests, and measurements to verify product conformity and adherence to Everllence' rigorous specifications and standards.
• Collaborate on the analysis of quality data and metrics to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement in Everllence' manufacturing processes.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to Everllence' products and services.
• Assist in coordinating and participating in regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring compliance and maintaining necessary certifications for Everllence.

The Quality Control Officer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of food products throughout the production process. This role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and comply with food safety regulations. The QC Officer works closely with production, sanitation, and quality assurance teams to prevent defects and maintain high product standards.

• Quality Inspection:
  Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods for quality and safety.
  Conduct visual checks, measurements, and tests at different stages of production.
• Sampling & Testing:
  Collect samples from production lines for laboratory or in-house testing.
  Perform basic tests (e.g., pH, temperature, moisture, weight, appearance) as required.
• Compliance & Standards:
  Ensure all products meet company specifications, customer requirements, and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, HALAL, ISO).
  Report any deviations or non-conformities to the QC Supervisor or Quality Manager.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Record inspection results, maintain QC logs, and complete checklists accurately.
  Report and document any quality issues, corrective actions, or rejections.
• Hygiene & Sanitation Monitoring:
  Monitor cleanliness of production areas and equipment.
  Verify proper sanitation practices and ensure cross-contamination controls are followed.
• Support Audits & Investigations:
  Assist in internal and external audits.
  Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality complaints or product recalls.

• Diploma or degree in Food Science/Food Tech, or related field.
• Fresh grads or 1–3 years of QC or QA experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
• Has Food Hygiene Cert,
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions, and practices.
• Carry our WSH compliance inspections.
• Clarify WSH programme requirements to employees of other departments.
• Coach team members on how to conduct routine checks on work activities.

• Management System (WSHMS) reports.
