In your new role you will:
- Implement export control requirements in IT applications like SAP and TA22. Participate in ad-hoc projects and APAC ECC workshops.
- Review and release blocked orders in order-processing systems and non-standard delivery approval platforms to ensure secure operations.
- Accurately classify shipments, technology transfers, and hiring positions (if applicable) and provide advisory support for daily operational export control matters.
- Assist the Export Control Operations team with preparing documentation for audits and maintaining accurate records of past shipments.
- Collaborate on digitalisation initiatives, maintain project overviews, and acquire new skillsets to optimise workflows and compliance processes.
- Participate in external training sessions and contribute to internal awareness programs to ensure alignment with changing regulations and best practices.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a relevant role, ideally in an international or multicultural environment. Experience in Data Analytics for Export Controllers is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analytics and tools like Excel, with SAP knowledge as an added advantage.
