  • Develop and manage integrated Level 1 to Level 4 project schedules encompassing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to gather schedule inputs and align deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to project-specific planning standards, Work Breakdown Structure, and coding systems.
  • Establish the project baseline schedule and monitor progress against key milestones.
  • Track actual performance and update forecasts based on progress trends.
  • Analyze schedule variances, determine root causes, and support the development of mitigation plans.
  • Monitor the critical path, float consumption, and potential delays to identify and flag schedule risks proactively.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including dashboards, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Lead Planner role on large-scale EPC projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office Suite, and planning / reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycles, contract schedules, and planning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

The role is ideal for educators passionate about language teaching and capable of sustaining consistent weekly lessons over extended periods.

Location: Dover, Singapore

Lesson Schedule: Fridays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Hourly Remuneration: S$70/hour

Commitment Period:

  • AY2627 Semester 1: April – August 2026

    (Vacation: June, September to mid-October)
  • AY2627 Semester 2: mid-October – mid-December 2026

    (Vacation: end-December, end-February to April 2027)


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face Japanese language lessons in accordance with the academic calendar
  • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to learner levels and course objectives
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support
  • Collaborate with academic coordinators to align teaching outcomes with program standards
  • Uphold a professional and positive learning environment in all sessions


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Japanese language teaching experience
  • Possess a valid teaching certificate in Japanese (e.g., Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test, JLTC, or equivalent)
  • Additional relevant academic qualifications (e.g., degree/diploma in Japanese Studies, Education, or Applied Linguistics) are a plus
  • Ability to commit fully to the semester calendar
  • Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills
  • Must be able to teach on-site at campus on Fridays
