Job Title: Maintenance and Repair Specialist

As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vertical transportation systems. Requirements:

• Maintenance and Repair: Handling routine and emergency servicing of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conducting scheduled checks and servicing to avoid breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing technical issues and system malfunctions.
• Corrective Action: Implementing repairs or component replacements to restore systems.
• Safety: Ensuring all building systems comply with safety regulations and addressing hazards promptly.

2. Carry out all general maintenance work on all equipment, ie AHU, Chiller, motor, pump etc.

3. Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment

4. Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.

5. Support plant operation to ensure power, water, aircon…operation normal

6. Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness in plant level.

7. Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost

8. Support Major Plant equipments reset and re-start up activity if breaking down.

9. Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plant facilities equipment for continuous operation which include fire safety system, ACMV system, electrical system, AV system and building with no disruption to production and support to plant production work request.

10. Continuous improvement work execution to facilities equipment.

More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment

Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience

Solution Specialist

This position is responsible for daily monitoring of the animal life support system, and performing preventive maintenance and repair to the facility and equipment. This includes:

1. An automatic watering system for the animal
2. The central gas supply system
3. Lighting management system
4. Cage and tunnel washer
5. Bulk and tabletop autoclave
6. Card access system

Daily duties include housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities, as well as stocking and maintaining inventory of personal protective equipment supplies.

A key part of this role involves records keeping and operating equipment, including cage and rack washers and autoclaves.

You will also be expected to assist operation staff when necessary and undertake other duties assigned.

New assignments are accompanied by detailed instructions, and completed work is checked for accuracy and compliance with established regulatory standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in mechanical or electrical discipline
2. Or 3 years equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical or electronic engineering related to the animal facility

You should have the ability to multitask and possess good communication skills.

Independence and teamwork are essential aspects of this role.

Able to lift up to 15kg, you will also need basic knowledge of MS Outlook and a valid class 3 driving license.
