Responsibilities
Own, manage and automate infrastructure and deployments across a variety of environments, including development, testing and production
Own, implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
Design, configure and manage observability for our systems to ensure application availability and performance
Own relationships with senior stakeholders and our client development teams to ensure that their needs are met as well as those of the firm
Implement and maintain security controls and compliance requirements
Ensure that production issues are addressed in a timely manner, including post mortem and longer term steps to avoid repetition
Stay current with emerging technologies and tools in the DevOps space
Develop strategies for improving deployment frequency and reducing lead time for changes

Qualifications
8+ years (VP)/ 3+ years (Associate) of experience in a software development, DevOps or related role
3+ years (VP)/ 1+ years (Associate) of experience in a platform, program, or product ownership role with a proven track record of delivery
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Proven experience with Harness, GitLab or similar Continuous Delivery platforms, including module integration and management.
Strong understanding of policy enforcement tools such as Open Policy Agent (OPA) and their application in deployment workflows.
Expertise in cloud computing and containerization technologies (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef
Familiarity with SRE principles and tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
Experience with GO and Java
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Its Group Technology & Operations division provides software development, IT support, and banking operations, with centralized technology platforms based in Singapore to support branches and subsidiaries worldwide.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer (L2) to join our technology team. The role involves designing, deploying, and managing secure multi-cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and compliance. You will collaborate with senior engineers and architects to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions, while supporting project rollouts and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to production teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure .
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Automate processes with scripting in Bash and Python .
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Jenkins .
- Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cost and performance.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Define and enforce cloud governance policies (cost, security, resource allocation).
- Support SIT, UAT, and production rollouts, ensuring documentation and smooth transition.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
