Job Description
This position provides the opportunity to have hands on experience to develop continuous improvement from pre silicon to post silicon design. The position will co-work with multiple different functions to understand the semiconductor design flow and deploy Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) flow.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
1. Run CICD flow for pattern changes in Chip Development (CD) CICD
2. Deliver updated pattern due to changes by CD
3. Perform pattern incoming status view capturing in Product Test Engineering (PTE) CICD by having a tabulation of pattern deliver vs defined acceptance criteria to show the pattern outgoing check status from CD
4. Integrate incoming pattern to start test program regression
5. Start Virtual Test Development (VTD) flow once test program regression is successful
6. Run VTD offline test program and verify that the pattern can be simulated and run successfully

The IT Service Management Team under Technology supports critical business services such as FAST, GIRO, CTS and PayNow. The Release Management Analyst role is responsible for managing all technology related releases and ensuring releases are reviewed per the release management process. The incumbent will run release review meetings, review the status and the incumbent is also expected to review and manage the release calendar.

- Work with development teams to understand release requirements and dependencies
- Ensure role segregation is maintained per BCS software release management policy and standard
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance
- Coordinate with operations, technology and external teams for smooth deployment and rollback planning
- Manage and mitigate release risks, issues, and conflicts
- Communicate release plans and status to stakeholders

Education and Experience

- Proven experience coordinating and managing multiple concurrent releases
Skills and Knowledge
- Good understanding of ITIL, IT Service Management frameworks, software development life cycle and release management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLCs) and release management methodologies
- Experience with release management tools, code repository and DevSecOps pipelines (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- ServiceNow experience will be a plus
- Effective communication skills and able to articulate complex matters in a concise manner
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders well
