Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit and update knowledge articles, FAQs and other resources used by agents
- Identify and gather knowledge from various sources including subject matter experts, training materials and customer interactions
- Evaluate the accuracy, relevance and effectiveness of the knowledge base
- Promote the use of the knowledge base and facilitate knowledge sharing among agents
- Improve call centre processes and workflows through knowledge management initiatives
- Track the usage and effectiveness of the knowledge base and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in knowledge sharing
- Provide training and support to agents on how to use the knowledge base effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in knowledge management, content creation or BPO operations in call centre/contact centre environments
- Experience with KB platforms, preferably Zendesk, Salesforce Knowledge or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, particularly advanced Excel skills for workflows
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CMS for KB platforms is an advantage
- Ability to interpret data to improve KB effectiveness
