The P2P Content Enablement Specialist acts as a support team member within a strategic environment collaborating closely with Lonza's Sourcing (Category Manager & Strat. Buyer), Supply Chain (Op. Buyer) and Order Management (Op. Buyers) teams.
It ensures compliant and pro-active execution of Content Management Processes and supports Procurement Content Advisory Manager to identifies continuous improvement opportunities in Lonza's Ariba and SAP ERP system.

What you will do:
- Provide Process and buying channel experience
- Support process to build and design content in regards to different buying channels used in SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba
- Run analytics to build content for different buying channels in collaboration with Content workstream lead, Category Managers and/or strategic buyers
- Act as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team
- Establish content (system based contracts, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) in collaboration with Content Workstream Lead, Category Manager and Strategic Buyers
- Ensure operationalization of contracts/ catalogs and smart-forms through content management
- Collaborate with Content Advisor/Managers and P2P Enablement Team to ensure correct content creation and maintenance
- Manage and support supplier onboarding, support and maintain standards for content exchange between Lonza and suppliers
- Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
What we are looking for:
- Over 5+ years of project management experience.
- Customer Service mindset and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skill sets
- Enjoy working with data, IT System & new technologies
- Hands on experience of handling detailed information & data and transcribing this information & data into SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba
- Experience in P2P Process and Content Management
