Overview
As the Content Manager, you will create and deliver a thought leadership strategy that positions Great Place To Work ASEAN & ANZ as the authority on workplace culture. This is not just a content production role, you will shape the strategic direction of our regional content, then bring it to life through high-impact written and video assets that inspire, educate, and generate measurable demand.
You will work across eight diverse markets, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, collaborating closely with our regional Marketing Business Partners and individual market leaders to ensure content is culturally relevant, commercially effective, and aligned with the full buyer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire content excellence across a diverse region. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing you will play a crucial role in shaping our mission to make every organisation a great place to work for all.
- Develop and own the regional thought leadership content strategy, aligned with marketing and business priorities.
- Map content to buyer journey stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to support both brand building and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with market-specific Marketing Business Partners to adapt content for local relevance while maintaining a consistent regional voice.
Content Creation & Execution
- Create, edit, and repurpose a mix of long-form and short-form content - including thought leadership articles, blog posts, case studies, research reports and infographics.
- Produce engaging video content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners - from interview-style thought leadership pieces to event highlights.
- Create and produce webinars, and work with the Events team to deliver offline, content-driven events that extend GPTW’s thought leadership and deepen audience engagement.
- Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring all content reflects GPTW’s tone, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
Performance & Optimisation
- Optimise our content for Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) - ensuring it is structured, discoverable, and aligned with audience intent so it performs in AI-driven search, voice queries, and featured snippets.
- Track and analyse performance via SEMrush, HubSpot and Google Analytics making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Regularly audit and refresh evergreen content to maximise relevance and impact across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Work with Marketing Business Partners, individual market leaders, Sales, and Customer Success to source content ideas, customer stories, and market insights.
- Collaborate with Great Place To Work US, other affiliates, external bodies and commercial partners to create compelling content for ASEAN & ANZ audiences
- Support market leaders in raising their profile as subject matter experts and spokespeople by developing bylined articles, media commentary, social posts and thought leadership content aligned to their expertise and market priorities.

Educational Qualifications:

- Proven track record of creating and executing content strategies that deliver measurable demand generation results.
