Role Purpose: We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile undergraduate or graduate to join our fun team! Your main focus will be on marketing and creating visually appealing content for our co-living spaces, promoting our brand, and fostering a strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.


Goals/Deliverables:

  • Increase brand visibility and recall through memorable designs and content that adhere to our brand guidelines.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Social Media: Collaborate with the Creative & Social Media Executive to brainstorm, plan and execute social media content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Cove community app and YouTube. Create visually appealing content including videos, graphics and written posts, that align with our brand guidelines. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and proactively suggest new creative ideas for platforms like IG Reels and TikTok.
  • Property Shoots: Assist with set up and staging professional and lifestyle photoshoots and VR shoots for new properties, adhering to our guidelines. Lead and manage VR scan during property photoshoots.
  • Community Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute exciting monthly community events for our tenants.
  • Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the marketing team in staging properties for investors tours.
