Reporting to the APAC Senior Brand Manager, you'll be a brand specialist within the APAC Marketing Strategy team. Your primary focus will be developing brand strategy and leading key projects that strengthen customer engagement across the APAC region. You'll oversee both regional strategy and local execution in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Implementation:
- Partner with the APAC Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy across all Group brands (SEEK, Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Jora and ESV partners)
- Embed SEEK's brand positioning across all customer touchpoints
- Lead and implement brand projects that deliver on our vision
- Collaborate with Creative Studio to ensure consistent brand communications
Campaign & Market Management:
- Work with Integrated Campaigns and Country Marketing Teams (MY, SG & HK) on campaign briefs
- Manage APAC brand sponsorships and partnerships to enhance visibility and trust
- Adapt brand assets for local audiences based on insights from country teams
- Maintain brand architecture consistency across all platforms
Performance & Relationships:
- Monitor metrics and brand health indicators to drive performance KPIs
- Manage brand budget with accurate forecasting and reconciliations
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers
- Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR

The Brand & Creative Strategy Intern will be tasked with the day-to-day fielding of active pitch requests and research to support strategic insight and branded storytelling development to live across NBC's owned and operated platforms.
Your responsibilities may span the following areas:
+ Support Brand strategy team to respond to briefs with bespoke, strategic digital or TV content solutions, through research, concept development and deck support.
+ Develop new creative ideas for digital, TV and social audiences for our brand partners.
+ Support the sales teams with the development of strategic PowerPoint pitch documents.
+ Work with the Catalyst colleagues to ensure accurate production cost estimates and communicating details to the sales team (for media planning)
+ Keep up-to-date with industry and technological advancements particularly in digital advertising/targeting and events and evolve client pitch and presentation process
Please note that this is a full-time 6-month internship opportunity from January - June 2026 for undergraduate students.
+ Students must be able to commit to a 6 months Full Time Internship from June-Dec 2025.
+ A background/course is preferential in one of the following disciplines: communications, media, advertising, design
+ Previous internships in media, publishing, agency or creative sectors is an advantage
+ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, XD and After Effects, Photoshop.
+ Understanding of content and video trends ad is a plus
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint
+ Good written communications skills
+ Keen eye for detail

You will lead the Brand & Creative Strategy team across the APAC region, responsible for developing and packaging innovative advertising solutions for CNBC International.
In this role, your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by delivering strategic, client-centric solutions that harness CNBC's premium content, expansive network, and renowned IP, translating them into fully developed, client-facing proposals and presentations.
You will champion creative excellence and original thinking and work closely with senior CNBC editorial stakeholders and the wider commercial teams including product, events, data and the content studio to help bring the vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Leadership: Set the vision and strategic direction for the APAC Brand & Creative Strategy team, ensuring a forward-thinking, innovative approach to client solutions.
+ Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of strategists and creatives, overseeing multiple workstreams across branded content, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives. Set clear priorities, coach for growth, and ensure delivery against strategic objectives and timelines.
+ Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve team workflows, systems, and processes to maximize creativity, efficiency, and client impact.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between sales, editorial and content teams, driving alignment on best practices, cost estimates, workflow, and seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
+ Commercial Focus: Drive pitch-to-deal conversion rates, repeat business, and ensure the strategic rationale behind each proposal strengthens CNBC's commercial positioning and success.
+ Market Intelligence: Stay on top of trends in digital advertising, content marketing, B2B events, and technological innovations to evolve client pitch strategies. In addition, maintain deep knowledge of:
+ Business news, CNBC's coverage, and key regional newsmakers
+ CNBC's programming and editorial calendar across platforms
+ Media regulations across global markets (Ofcom/IMDA)
+ Competitor activity, client movements, and industry shifts

Essential Requirements:
