Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy and transformation engagements from end to end, delivering impactful recommendations to C‐suite and senior stakeholders.
Structure and oversee consulting projects, ensuring quality delivery, clear communication, and actionable outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the
Financial Services Or TMT
industries.
Drive business development efforts – contribute to proposals, client pitches, and opportunity identification.
Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and developing future leaders.
Collaborate with internal partners to grow industry verticals, thought leadership, and capabilities.
Key Requirements
8–12 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‐tier consulting firm or in a strategic role within TMT or consumer‐focused corporates.
Demonstrated track record of leading consulting projects or business transformation initiatives.

As a Manager at IQVIA, you will be responsible for leading teams in the development & delivery of consulting projects. You will also be part of the regional consulting group and will have the opportunity to support larger & more complex projects in the Southeast Asia region.
Responsibilities
Participate or lead teams in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
Review client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals of cost effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
Provide direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, and where relevant, to Statistical Services assigned to engagement.
Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
Design, structure and deliver client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
Provide follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.

Possesses solid project management skills, client influencing and relationship building skills.
Adept at developing business relationship with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Ability to juggle competing priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality work.
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.
