The fundamental duties of the Secretary are as follows:
Deliver business strategy and marketing recommendations to clients.
Identify potential business opportunities for clients such as new ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
Conduct financial due diligence to ascertain the financial health of companies in terms of potential partners or acquisitions.
Perform data analysis and manage P&L statement for clients, including market positioning, customers, financial modelling, and cost-benefit analysis.

Job Requirements
