A quantity surveyor is a professional responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing project tender submissions, including bills of quantities and check tender drawings;
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts;
- Conduct quantity measurements and cost estimation;
- liaise with managers, team members, customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers;
- Manage purchasing and inventory tasks to ensure smooth office operations;
- Perform administrative duties to contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in quantity surveying or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin;

- Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD;

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing
- Perform measurement/taking off quantities for Bills of Quantity, cost planning, costing and cost control
