Strategic Construction Planning Lead

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Costing, M&E, and Business departments to ensure tender requirements are met and technical support is provided.
- Work closely with the Construction team to develop tender plans, address EHS matters, and create project proposals.
- Participate in and assist with subcontractor/supplier meetings related to tenders.
- Review and verify that plans comply with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop Microsoft Project schedules showcasing the full construction sequence from commencement to completion.
- Suggest feasible Temporary Site Facilities and cost-effective ERSS systems.
- Recommend suitable construction sequences for structural and architectural works.
- Review tender documents for discrepancies, value engineering opportunities, and highlight key issues.
- Estimate manpower and resource needs for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with project teams and headquarters for construction previews, and support EHS improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of experience in construction site work and planning.

Job Requirement
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling (preferably in Singapore).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequences, and durations.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
