Job scope
- Provide direction and leadership on all project operations and activities such as the plan, schedule, scope, and budget.
- Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.
- Manage project schedule, coordinate with stakeholders
- Front customers, provide him with status updates and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Manage and ensure completion works in accordance with the management expectation within the timeline and budget
- To work closely with clients on confirmed projects and will be responsible for assigning and managing the projects from starting to completion and handing over to clients.
- Can manage Subcon performance, attending a meeting with client.
- Monitors and reports on all project planning and progress.
- Assist the Singapore regional PM to complete the internal -project progress review and coordinate internal resources to ensure that the project is delivered in the timely manner
- Update the project documentation and product documentation to ensure that the documentation is consistent with the internal process.
- Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.
- Ensure project works are carried out according to safety regulations.
- Help to arrange safety briefings and toolbox meetings. Submit safety documents and permits if required.
