We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervision Specialist to join our team. As a Site Supervision Specialist , you will be responsible for the supervision of works carried out on site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in accordance with approved drawings.
You will work under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carrying out your supervision and will be fully responsible to the appropriate QP.
You will liaise and conduct inspections with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor and assist the Resident Engineer on all structural works carried out according to approved drawings.
You will monitor the progress and assist the Resident Engineer on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued.
You will conduct C&S inspection for works the inspections forms submit by Main Contractor Engineer/Supervisor and maintain proper records.
You will check and monitor the Structural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements.

- Strive to achieve fast and efficient approval for all assignments and always be vigilant with keen observation to put into practice BCA good practice in all aspects of work on site.
- Participate in assisting the Environmental Health Safety program set by the PM and WSHO that will contribute to a safe and clean site.
- Make effort to upgrade oneself to meet/exceed present standards through attendance of construction courses by BCA or equivalent institutions and study on cost saving methods that are feasible for site usage.
- Able to accept additional work that form part of the project team’s own work activities which will assist the in-cost saving.
- Provide Guidance to new site supervisor that join the company to ensure seamless integration to the team without affecting the site progress.
