Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Execution- Oversee and manage all ongoing projects across Singapore and regional offices to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress, enforce compliance with project schedules, and implement corrective measures where required.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, maintaining full QHSE compliance across all operations.
- Review and coordinate design drawings, construction methodologies, and technical details to achieve optimal implementation.

- Partner with Business Development and Commercial teams on project feasibility assessments, tender strategies, and value engineering.
- Review and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and margin performance to ensure profitability and financial discipline.
- Support the Managing Director in manpower forecasting, operational planning, and resource optimisation.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports, highlighting risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance operational workflows, systems, and SOPs to improve efficiency, transparency, and governance.
- Drive digitalisation initiatives, including ERP and HubSpot integrations, to strengthen project tracking and performance analytics.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, sustainability principles, and ESG objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in interior design & build or construction operations.
- Proven leadership track record managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control frameworks.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in regional or cross-border project management will be an advantage.
