Job Scope
- Coordinate and manage the full tender process including preparation of documentation, attending tender meetings, and handling clarifications and amendments.
- Oversee contract administration, including preparation of contract documents, progress payments, variation orders, and final account negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- Support project cost control through budgeting, cash flow projections, financial reporting, and cost monitoring in collaboration with project managers and finance.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, contractors, Q/S) and participate in site meetings to ensure smooth execution and documentation of contractual matters.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in civil works with strong background in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
Has a relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
