Job Requirement

• Recognized Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline;
• At least two years’ relevant project management experience in the area of project management for system related works;
• Proficient in programmed planning software such as Microsoft Project for Windows;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous;
• Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for Windows;
• Good verbal communication and writing skills in English;
• Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites;
• Perform night work based on project needs; and
• Possess Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Job Description

• Develop and execute the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers within the work place.
• Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Site Management, Control Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized.
• Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.

Sales Manager – Construction / Civil Engineering
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, civil engineering, and building materials projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders for new projects.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to recommend business strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the construction, civil engineering, or building materials sector.
Strong network of contacts with developers, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants in Singapore.
Proven track record in securing and closing construction project deals.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team if required.
Familiarity with tendering processes, project cost estimation, and construction project workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is preferred.

Job Scope:

• Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
