Responsibilities:

· To review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost/charging concern

· Manage Quantity Surveyor in the administration and review of procurement and contract management

· Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders

· Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for projects, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly

· Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
