Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to manage workload, staffing, and resource planning.
- Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Analyse RFPs to define scope, assess risks, and develop compliant, competitive bids.
- Review cost estimates using historical data, engineering inputs, subcontractor quotes, and client requirements.
- Lead tender teams, ensuring bids align with company procedures and technical standards.
- Plan resource allocation to meet current and future project demands.
- Engage with clients to optimize tender pricing and ensure smooth post-award handover.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in tendering, proposal development, and contract management.
- Proficient in cost control, scheduling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
- Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)
- Certified PE
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
