The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for the Systems Transformation Project will play a key role in ensuring the project meets its objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and establish and establish the key stakeholder matrix.
  • Communication: Design, develop, and implement communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are well-informed of change initiatives and their impacts.
  • Training and Development: Work in close collaboration with the training team to create and manage training plans to ensure that all employees are prepared for the changes and have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to understand the impact of changes on the organization and its employees, and develop strategies to address these impacts.
  • Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance and develop plans to address and mitigate resistance.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of success in managing organizational changes.
  • Certifications: Change management certification or designation such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Business Change Expert

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to specialize in Change Management and Change Enablement . The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional product teams to design and implement effective change strategies for the transition of on-premise systems to evergreen cloud-based products.

This role involves working with the change manager to lead efforts to create a Change Strategy / Change Plan, develop stakeholder engagement plans, design and execute different change management initiatives, plan and design communications interventions, enable training upskilling of people impacted by change, and coach the product team for a successful change.

The successful candidate will leverage insights from change management related data and analytics to design and adjust change strategies. They will conduct change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, design various change management initiatives, and drive change adoption.

Key responsibilities include building and developing relationships through leadership engagement and collaborative dialogue with product teams/leadership to align project objectives, key messages, and desired behavior shifts. They will also maintain regular touchpoints featuring interdependence with the Enterprise Architect team and other stakeholders to drive close cross-team collaboration and foster alignment.

Additionally, the Business Analyst will develop an astute understanding of our business/users level of understanding on product management and operating model, and facilitate business and people readiness for a smooth product management and operating model adoption.

Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in Change Management work
- Relevant Change Management Industry Certification (e.g. ACMP, PROSCI) is highly advantageous
- Experience in related areas such as Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc.)
- Worked on projects in the public services industry for large scale transformation projects
- Strong functional knowledge and good understanding of transformation projects, specifically focusing on modernisation of core business legacy systems (e.g. Mainframe technologies)
- Thrive in collaborative work in a diverse team and an agile and technology driven environment, but also able to work independently
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with problem solving and design thinking skills
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions
- Strong capabilities in designing and implementing capability development programs to support workforce transformation initiatives
- Experience in Cloud adoption strategies or SaaS adoption methodologies will be advantageous
