Responsibilities

• Build and maintain runbooks for telemetry onboarding, parsers, and dashboards; contribute improvements via code reviews and documentation.

• Run short enablement sessions so product squads can self-serve standardized dashboards and apply tagging/SLO standards.

• Implement and operate log/metric/trace pipelines (agents, processors, parsing, routing, archive) targeting p95 ingest latency ≤ 60s and drop rate ≤ 0.1%.

• Execute phased Splunk → Datadog migrations with query/dashboard/monitor parity and validation checks.

• Apply and enforce tag standards (service, env, tier, team, owner_email, cost_center) via IaC/CI.

• Improve multi-cloud/on-prem discovery to >98% asset coverage; reconcile CIs/relationships; track and reduce CMDB data deltas.

• Align telemetry tags with the service portfolio/catalog; maintain service maps linking infrastructure to business services.

• Define and monitor CI data-quality KPIs (staleness, duplicates, orphaned CIs) and drive remediation with owning squads.

• Partner with SRE to define SLIs/SLOs, burn-rate alerts, and “golden” dashboards (≤15-minute freshness) for critical services.

• Provide post-incident analytics and feed learnings into instrumentation and configuration hygiene.

• Deliver infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible) for agents, pipelines, monitors, and dashboards.

• Build API/ETL integrations from observability/CMDB into BI platforms (e.g., Power BI/Fabric) for executive reporting.

• Evaluate lightweight streaming/collector options (e.g., OpenTelemetry/Fluent/“Tool X”) to control cost and enable fan-out where justified.


Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science /IT or equivalent practical experience with 5-8 years across Observability / Platform / CMDB engineering with production ownership at scale.

• Hands-on with Datadog (Logs, APM/RUM, monitors, facets/measures, APIs)

• Strong in multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) discovery/inventory and CI reconciliation patterns (tool-agnostic).

• Scripting (Python/PowerShell), parsing (JSON/grok/regex), APIs; IaC (Terraform/Ansible).

• Familiar with SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets), containers/Kubernetes, and secure RBAC for high-privilege systems.

• Demonstrated ability to build and guide high-performing, cross-functional teams through clear direction and structured planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and drive consensus on complex technical decisions.

Review, re-engineer and implement processes changes from Front to Middle to Back Office,

with a view to align to industry standards, regulatory changes or as part of overall IT projects,

as well as to improve productivity and controls.

Plan and operationalise PB’s regional expansion strategy, building execution plans for each

targeted markets.

Drives the implementation and embedment of the relevant business target operating model

in PB centres set-ups across the Asian region.

Engage internal Private Bank stakeholders as well as stakeholders from various Group

Functions such as Group Technology, Group Operations, Group Compliance etc, in order to

drive the business changes.

Engage in value-added business analysis and functional requirements gathering, centrally

manage and drive the co-ordination amongst various cross functional teams and

stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of the business/regulatory change.

Track and perform management reporting on the progress of business initiatives and the

derived benefits from the business change.

Provide training (Train the Trainer or to end user where necessary) and ensure business

Job Description
Review, re-engineer and implement processes changes from Front to Middle to Back Office,
with a view to align to industry standards, regulatory changes or as part of overall IT projects,
as well as to improve productivity and controls.
Plan and operationalise PB’s regional expansion strategy, building execution plans for each
targeted markets.
Drives the implementation and embedment of the relevant business target operating model
in PB centres set-ups across the Asian region.
Engage internal Private Bank stakeholders as well as stakeholders from various Group
Functions such as Group Technology, Group Operations, Group Compliance etc, in order to
drive the business changes.
Engage in value-added business analysis and functional requirements gathering, centrally
manage and drive the co-ordination amongst various cross functional teams and
stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of the business/regulatory change.
Track and perform management reporting on the progress of business initiatives and the
derived benefits from the business change.
Provide training (Train the Trainer or to end user where necessary) and ensure business
operation procedures are properly documented for business continuity purposes.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Change Management & Change Enablement to join the Project Transformation Program Office. This role is pivotal in driving the successful transition of on-premises systems to evergreen, cloud-based products, alongside the implementation of a modern product management operating model.

You will partner with cross-functional product teams, leadership, and stakeholders to design and execute effective change strategies that enable business readiness, foster adoption, and support a smooth transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Execution

· Collaborate with the Change Manager to develop and deliver a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and Plan.

· Conduct change impact analysis and stakeholder analysis to inform targeted change interventions.

· Design and implement change management initiatives, communication plans, and engagement activities to support transformation objectives.

· Facilitate training and upskilling for impacted teams and coach product teams to drive adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

· Build and maintain strong relationships with product teams, leadership, and enterprise architects to align project objectives, key messages, and desired behavioral shifts.

· Develop and deliver high-impact communications for senior audiences.

· Prepare and facilitate roadshows, workshops, and other engagement activities to support change adoption.

Business & People Readiness

· Assess organizational readiness for the new product management operating model and facilitate smooth adoption.

· Provide advisory support on talent management, workforce transformation, and leadership capability development.

· Contribute to organization design, culture transformation, and behavioral change initiatives.

Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement

· Leverage change management metrics, analytics, and feedback to refine strategies and interventions.

· Identify and proactively manage potential resistance, risks, and challenges with actionable mitigation plans.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

· 2 years’ experience in Change Management or related fields (Talent Management, Human Capital, Organization Effectiveness).

· Strong understanding of transformation projects, particularly modernization of legacy systems (e.g., Mainframe technologies).

· Experience in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and adoption planning.

· Strong problem-solving, design thinking, and analytical skills.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse, agile, and technology-driven environment.

Preferred:

· Relevant Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP).

· Experience in large-scale transformation within the public services sector.

· Familiarity with Cloud adoption or SaaS migration strategies.

· Strong facilitation skills for complex discussions with senior stakeholders.

· Experience designing and implementing capability development programs.

· Proven executive-level relationship management skills.

What We're Looking For
