Qualifications & Experience
Required:
2 years' experience in Change Management or related fields (Talent Management, Human Capital, Organization Effectiveness).
Strong understanding of transformation projects, particularly modernization of legacy systems (e.g., Mainframe technologies).
Experience in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and adoption planning.
Strong problem-solving, design thinking, and analytical skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse, agile, and technology-driven environment.
Preferred:
Relevant Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP).
Experience in large-scale transformation within the public services sector.
Familiarity with Cloud adoption or SaaS migration strategies.
