Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and facilities management companies.
Drive technical sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and provide tailored lift solutions.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, technical specifications, and cost-benefit analyses to clients.

2. Technical Consultation & Solutions Development
Provide expert guidance on elevator selection, customization options, and compliance with safety and building regulations.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to develop technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical input on installation, maintenance, and modernization projects.
Address technical inquiries from clients and ensure optimal product performance through a consultative sales approach.
3. Project & Client Management
Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination from project initiation to completion.
Liaise with the operations and installation teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore potential upselling opportunities (modernization, maintenance contracts, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and market trends using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or engineering solutions (experience in elevators, mobility solutions, or building services is an advantage).
Strong understanding of lift systems, safety regulations, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and project discussions.
Preferred
Experience in lift industry, vertical mobility solutions, building automation, or mechanical/electrical equipment sales.
Familiarity with BCA, EN81, or ISO elevator standards.
Existing network of contacts in the property development, architectural, or facility management sectors.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia are a plus).
