1. Should be able to read and understand the Aerospace components Engineering and stage drawings
2. Candidates should have MRO and supply chain activities experience
3. Must have good in Repair and Assembly process planning activities
4. Candidates should have extensive experience in Solumina G8 software
5. Candidates should have experience in SAP to integrate with Solumina G8, Engine Manual, and new applications
6. Candidates should Standardize the DIEN process in SAP and Solumina G8. Collaborate closely with the Repair and Finance teams to create and implement this process.
7. Candidates should have experience with all major MRO activities to support the development of a new application for tracking Engine Manual revisions, workflows, change requests, and process plans.
8. Should update applicable Repair Work-Instructions (Operation & Step Level) in SOLUMINA G8 for Engine Manual revision (SPM, CIR, special process) – aircraft engines
9. Review and amend Repair SOLUMINA G8 Process Plans as per Shopfloor feedback or Change Request
10. Candidate must be good in review of manufacturing process inspection sheet
11. Should be good in review of Process failure mode & effect analysis (PFMEA) for all production components
12. Should be able to review engineering and manufacturing change incorporation on process routings
13. Candidate should be good at review of PPAP documents as per customer suggested levels.
14. Should have awareness of aerospace quality requirements
15. Work closely with Customers, Project team and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
16. Communicating and collaborating with Customer & Project team to meet the delivery schedules.
17. Experienced in creation of standard process and procedures to ensure quality deliverables to Customer
18. Candidate should be agile and quickly adopt to customer business needs

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

3. Excellent knowledge and application of GD&T as well as Tolerance stack-up for sub-assemblies & assemblies
