Responsibilities

Product Compliance

• Work alongside Brand and Product Development teams to ensure compliance of all new and existing products with global legislative requirements (FDA, EC, HSA, etc.).
• Complete registration of all new products and categories not covered by external regulatory partners.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and manufacturers to resolve compliance issues and suggest corrective measures.
• Assist with substantiating product claims by conducting research and providing evidence to Marketing and Brand teams.

Requirements

• Preferably to have a degree or diploma or any other equivalent qualifications in business, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in compliance roles with at least 2-3 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines with no loss of accuracy.
• A proactive and reliable team player but can also work well independently.
• Experience with Nasdaq SMARTS and Athena will be a Plus.
• Preferably to have Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma).

“I can succeed as a Compliance Specialist”

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

1. Distribution, sales and marketing (“DSM”) compliance: Reviews and approves marketing materials for APACxJ. Participates actively in regional or global projects, providing input from APACxJ. Must be able to read and write both traditional and simplified Chinese.
2. Regulatory filings: Prepares, reviews, manages, and files statutory documents with regulators in APACxJ related to licensing obligations, including annual filings and regulatory surveys.
3. AML/CFT assessment: Conducts risk assessments, performs customer due diligence, provides guidance on AML/CFT policies, and handles related queries.
