What the day will look like

  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on Executive Compensation -related matters
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferably Business, Economics, Statistics or Finance). Experience in statistics, finance, research or human resources field will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in executive and reward compensation advisory with expertise in specific areas such as Long-Term or Short-term Incentive Plan Design, KPI Design, Sales Incentive, etc. Overall, at least 8+ years of experience in Compensation area
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and solution design
  • Good listening skills, the ability to develop insightful questions, and identify and implement the appropriate strategy to successfully address the client's issues.
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel VBA and SQL. High proficiency in coding and macro will be an added advantage.
