Job Description
You will be supporting The Workshop team and reporting to the General Manager. The Workshop is a collaborative industrial coworking space put together by CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT.
Responsibilities
Operations
- Conduct viewings and handle inquiries from potential members
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for members
- Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the coworking space
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Community Management
- Plan and execute events and networking opportunities to foster community among members
- Facilitate business collaborations and opportunities within the community
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members and negotiate membership renewals
Marketing
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content to foster community engagement
- Assist with the design of promotional materials, social media advertisements, and email blasts to support lead generation.
- Actively promote the brand through direct outreach and publicity efforts
- Research, plan, track, and review marketing campaigns for effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Relevant experience in operations management or leasing roles
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fostering community and building relationships
- Excellent analytical and event planning ability, with an interest in social media management
- Ability to work independently
