Key Positions and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate comprehension and application of commodity contracts and contractual obligations;
• Develop and execute shipment strategies as per commodity contract involving vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge port agent appointment, load/discharge operation;
• Interpret contract terms and process payments/receivables including Letter of credit, DP/DA etc. as per contract requirements;
• Manage shipping documents and payment to ensure accurate invoices/shipping documents issued by suppliers;
• Issue provisional/preliminary final/final invoices timely in accordance with contractual terms;
• Settle AR/AP including Laytime, freight differential etc.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of program or project management experience
4+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of supply chain management experience
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing, etc.)

Job Scope
