Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address, and other Security & Communication systems;
- Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions
- Ensure all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers’ specification
- Provide support to Project Team on the implementation of new projects
- Attend and carry out rectification works at the site
- Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour
- Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
- Provide support to projects during the DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover
Job Requirements:
- With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field;
- A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure;
- Positive and willing to learn attitude, coupled with the ability to take the initiative;
- Responsible and committed to meeting deadlines on jobs assigned.
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office such as Excel, Word
