Overview
Commercial Sales Manager responsible to prepare, evaluate, lead internal approval and negotiation of contractual terms for new unit and service contracts sales and service of WTGS for the development of renewables projects and its after sales contracts. You will also be running and optimizing the commercial aspects of sales activities, ensuring smooth project execution through effective contract management, financial transparency, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic negotiation.
What You’ll Do
Handle the commercial aspects of sales activities, including financials, approval processes, and contract conditions, both internally and externally.
Support international sales projects within APAC region, providing and analyzing management information about Sales processes and activities to local and HQ management using standard tools such as CRM, Excel and SAP.
Review draft Supply Agreements and Service Agreements, liaise with Legal support to prepare contract responses, and perform risk assessments to ensure adequate coverage in cost calculations.
Communicate financial aspects of projects clearly, including project financing for wind power projects.
Negotiate commercially with key suppliers and present commercial topics to the Project Management team.
Lead risk workshops and contract review meetings.
Build strong relationships with customers, legal professionals, and key stakeholders.
Conduct project feasibility calculations, analyze financing alternatives, lead commercial and legal negotiations with customers and suppliers, and prepare project handover documentation.
Provide support for forecast reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
