Job Summary:
The Commercial Projects Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and financial management of electrical infrastructure projects, specifically Solar plant, substations and SCADA systems . This role requires a strong background in electrical commercial acumen, and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Site Coordination: Oversee on-site activities in Bangladesh, ensuring smooth execution of Solar plant ,substation and SCADA installations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a Finance and Commercial field MBA.
- 2+ years of experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, preferably substations and SCADA systems.
- Must have experience to run projects in Bangaldesh with utilities .
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, procurement, and financial management .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangladesh for 50% of the project duration.
