5. Vendor Scorecard
- Creation and automation of dashboards for relevant categories.
- Leverage digital tools (Google Sheets, App Script, and basic querying) to streamline reporting processes.
- Drive action plans to improve vendor performance with the category management team
6. Supplier Communications
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of communication to suppliers
- Manage project timelines for supplier communications and ensure proper documentation of actions.
7. ISO Documentation Management
- Ensure ISO documentation under the Supplier Management function is up to date.
- Maintain audit-ready records and version controls.
