Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or marketing, preferably within the Retail or Commercial Banking sector.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell OCBC's suite of products and services, including Cash Management, Treasury, and Investment Banking.
Credit Analysis And Approval:
Prepare high-quality Credit Proposals, including in-depth credit risk analysis, to support new business and existing relationship growth.
Conduct thorough credit reviews and provide recommendations to the Credit Committee.
Follow through on approval and facility implementation process to ensure seamless execution.
Risk Management:
Conduct timely and regular credit reviews to ensure portfolio quality and risk management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating concerns to the Head of Real Estate & Construction and the Credit Committee as necessary.
Collaboration And Cross-Selling:
Collaborate with various units within OCBC, including Group Corporate Banking, Group Investment Banking, and Group Treasury, to cross-sell other products and services to existing customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support.
Business Development:
Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.
