What You’ll Do
Brew up awesome coffee and drinks for our guests (don’t worry, training provided if you’re new).
Chat with customers, make them feel welcome, and share your love for coffee.
Help out with daily café operations — from taking orders to keeping things clean and tidy.
Restock supplies and keep the bar running smoothly.
Contribute ideas for new drinks or seasonal specials (we love creativity here).

Overview
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process orders accurately, answer coffee-related questions, and make suitable recommendations based on customer preferences. Handle customer feedback or complaints courteously and professionally.
Coffee Preparation
Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and other café menu items to quality standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Inventory & Supplies
Monitor stock levels of coffee, food, and consumables
Place orders with suppliers, track deliveries, and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage
Additional Duties
Handle payments and operate the cash register accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, dining area, and equipment
Assist with stock management and storage organization
Support miscellaneous in-house tasks as required to ensure smooth café operations
Job Requirements
Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (training may be provided).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, punctual, and a positive team player.
Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
