    As a Coding Specialist at Ventra, you will play a crucial role in reviewing medical documents to accurately identify procedures and diagnoses. Deposits - Maker Role

• Maker role that involves pre-processing checks, data input and transactional processing of customer instructions for Time Deposits, Maxiyield, Structured Products, Remittances, Cashiers' Orders and Demand Drafts

• Performs reconciliation of instructions at end day and ensure filing is complete and up todate.

• Adhere to SOPs and ensure compliant with applicable Regulations and Bank Policies. Be audit ready and achieve satisfactory rating for both internal and external audit reviews.

• Handle queries from Business Units within agreed time frames and proper follow ups on issues

• Carry out any adhoc assignments/ projects as given by Team Lead and/or Department Head.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as data controller for the Company
  • Monitor, identify, correct / resolve and report discrepancies
  • Collect and maintain records
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and adhoc reports
  • Ensure data entry is completed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure confidentiality of data
  • Serves as liaison between different departments within the Company in all matters relating to data
  • Oversee and support reporting staff
  • Submission of month-end report
  • Maintenance of system masterfile
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min GCE “O” level
  • 3 years of experience in data control.
  • Accuracy in data entry and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and computer literacy
  • Ability to troubleshoot when problem arises
