9. Management of patient's medical reports and demonstrate proper use and care of equipment.
10. Maintain proper documentation of day-to-day nursing records.
11. Identify process gaps and provide solution when necessary.
12. Provide guidance and mentoring of junior staffs when necessary.
13. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

1. Diploma in Nursing and recognised by Singapore Nursing Board, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar job position and department.
2. Has a valid BCLS&AED Cert.
3. Prior experience in Dermatology settings would be an advantage.
4. Able to communicate with patients from all backgrounds and has good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, such as answering patients' queries, administration of procedures and manage timeline.
6. Able to handle IT aspects of the job (Eg. Clinic management system).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Predominantly a field-based role, the Clinical Nurse Specialist (Operating Theatre Staff Nurse) is primarily responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to our hospital-based customers during surgeries. Key responsibilities include:
Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical/technical support to Surgeons and Hospital staff in the correct and safe use of Arthrex products
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing training to health care professionals including Surgeons, Perioperative Nurses and other Hospital Personnel
Identifying customer needs, optimising on opportunities including recommending appropriate products that addresses customers’ pain points and/or passing on leads to the Sales Team
Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Valid Singapore Nursing Board registration and min. 2-3 years Operating Theatre experience as a Scrub/Scout or Instrument Circulating Nurse
Strong knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology, and ability to participate in on-call work on a monthly rotational basis (compensated with case allowance)
Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information, problem solver and adaptable to fast changing environments
Self-starter who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team, highly organised, with exceptional customer engagement and relationship skills
