Jobs Responsibilities:

• Set Up and Configure CNC Machines: Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines. Adjust machine settings, such as speed, feed rates, and tool offsets, to ensure optimal performance and precision based on technical specifications and production requirements.
• Operate and Monitor CNC Machines: Run CNC machines to perform cutting, drilling, milling, or other machining operations. Continuously monitor machine operations and output to ensure adherence to quality standards and adjust as necessary to maintain accuracy.
  Perform Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct regular maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.

Jobs Requirements:

• Educational Background: ITE or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with CNC Machines: Proven experience setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, such as lathes, mills, or routers. Familiarity with CNC programming and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is essential.
• Technical Skills and Attention to Detail: Strong technical skills to configure and operate CNC machines accurately. High attention to detail to ensure precise machining and adherence to quality standards. Ability to perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep machines in optimal working condition.
