The Critical Facilities Engineer is a pivotal role that entails ensuring the peak performance and efficiency of critical facilities, including data centres, semiconductor factories, and oil and gas facilities.

This position requires an individual who can optimise network performance by monitoring system health, troubleshooting network issues and outages, scheduling upgrades and working with network architects to maximise performance.

  • Schedule regular inspections to monitor the performance of electrical and mechanical systems that support critical facility operations.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved Method of Statement (MOS) and Risk Assessment (RA) and manage appointed vendors accordingly. Maintenance records must be completed, reviewed, and signed off.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance activities, including vendor service reports and checklists. Ensure these records are complete, accurate and readily available for audits.
  • Raise change requests and coordinate with the relevant service management team for submission through the client's system.
Requirements:
