Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional to join our organization in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining efficient CICD pipelines, implementing monitoring and alerting tools, and automating server tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain streamlined change and release management processes
• Implement and operate configuration management systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions
• Develop scripts to automate server, CICD, and other relevant tasks
• Participate in capacity planning and risk management initiatives
• Explore and adopt innovative DevOps approaches to improve production reliability and availability
• Implement security practices that comply with industry standards to protect data and infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of virtualization and networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with configuration management systems such as Terraform, Packer, and Ansible
• Experience with production deployments using Kubernetes and automation provisioning with IaC best practices
• Hands-on experience in Linux server administration and shell scripting with Bash
• Knowledge of system architecture is an advantage
• Proficient in tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, ELK, Docker, EKS, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Helm, Networking, Linux, ELK, GitLab, AWS
• Programming knowledge in Python and Bash

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in cloud engineering.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with cloud services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, etc.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and DNS in a cloud context.
• Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and identity & access management (IAM).

• Cloud Solution Design and Deployment: responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of cloud-based systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security of cloud environments.
• Infrastructure Management: Configuring and administering cloud infrastructure components, optimization of resources across various aspects of the cloud environment, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Monitoring, Logging & alerting : Monitor cloud systems for availability, performance, and cost. Centralized log collection from various sources, including applications, systems & Cloud services and to define alerting policies.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Project teams and Software/DevOps teams to plan, design and develop optimized cloud solutions for the end-user

• CI/CD Pipelines : Build and manage continuous integration and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or cloud-native CI/CD tools.
• Incident Management : Respond to outages and performance issues; conduct root cause analysis and preventive improvements.

• At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud technologies - AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix and/or Microsoft Windows Server Administration
• Proficient in networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency with automation & configuration management tools.
• Hands on experience in managing cloud infrastructure and native services.
