Lenovo is seeking a
motivated and skilled Private Cloud Developer
to join our private cloud R&D team. In this role, you will help design, build, and optimize Lenovo’s private cloud platform — covering compute, storage, and networking services — using leading open-source technologies.

cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and scalable platforms , this is your chance to contribute to next-generation private cloud solutions used at global scale.
What You’ll Do
Develop core components of Lenovo’s
private cloud platform , including compute orchestration, storage management, and network virtualization.
Work with architects and senior engineers to deliver
scalable and high-performance infrastructure features .
Enhance automation, monitoring, and deployment pipelines for private cloud services.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for maintainable systems.
Troubleshoot issues, debug production environments, and drive
system reliability improvements .
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience
in infrastructure or cloud platform development.
Strong coding skills in
Java, Python, or Go .
Familiarity with
OpenStack, KVM, Ceph , or other private cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools .
Experience with
PostgreSQL, MySQL , or similar databases.
Knowledge of
DevOps practices
and agile (Scrum) development.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Bonus: experience with
monitoring, automation, or performance tuning
in cloud environments.
