**Your Role**
+ This is a technical presales role where you will provide automation and cloud native domain expertise, including technical and strategic guidance that shapes customer decisions and drives customer satisfaction. Engage in higher level technical management, build relationships, and help sales team progress on large strategic opportunities.
+ Shape customer decisions around Nutanix's cloud-native and automation offerings. Maintain expertise in Nutanix solutions and products and knowledge of competitive solutions and technology ecosystems outside of Nutanix.
+ Solve complex operational challenges using automation tools.
+ Present and demonstrate Nutanix technologies-from initial discovery through executive-level evaluations.
+ Build long-term relationships within select accounts and guide customers through PoC deployments and production roll-outs. Perform regular check-in with existing customers to drive product adoption and renewal.
+ Work with sales and marketing to generate and accelerate pipeline; leverage bootcamps and workshops to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Support GTM strategy by contributing to marketing initiatives, including marketing materials, such as whitepapers, collaterals, success stories, videos, demos etc.
+ Influence product roadmaps by collecting and sharing insights on requirements, blockers, and competitive trends.
+ Stay ahead of industry and business trends in automation and cloud-native architectures, orchestration, and adjacent ecosystem technologies.
**What You Will Bring**
+ 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Operations, SRE, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies.
+ Deep expertise and hands-on knowledge with AWS, Azure, or GCP services and best practices is desired.
+ Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and tooling; Strong Linux or Windows administration skills.
+ Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation solution like Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt, Terraform, or similar frameworks.
+ Deep understanding and experience in Container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and related tooling.
+ Familiarity with tooling and services in the Cloud Native ecosystem (e.g. CNCF) in Observability, DevOps and Automation;
+ Working knowledge of virtualization, storage and networking technologies.
+ Understanding of AI/ML or MLOps workloads on Kubernetes is desired but not a necessity.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; organised with a knack for follow-up and attention to detail. Thorough understanding of technical discovery and proposal approval processes, including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases and close deals.
+ Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment; adept at working across cross-functional teams.
**Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
